Mimi, live

March 17, 2009

There was some sound from the trial on yesterday’s Caplis and Silverman, here, here, and here. There’s not much there, but, hell, if you listen to the whole show you can hear a rapping flight attendant! (Dear God, what have I become?)

Highlights (if you can call ’em that).

  • 1:15, hour two, is the first time we hear inside the courtroom. Not the most interesting portion of yesterday’s testimony, this is Mimi Wesson trying to explain why she flagrantly violated CU’s confidentiality rules throughout the process.
  • 21:10, hour two, is kinda fun, in that we get to hear Mimi Wesson try to weasel out of who exactly from CU she told that she was hell-bent on breaking CU’s own confidentiality rules if she were to head the SCRM committee. It’s a wonder she doesn’t permanently damage her spinal column try to screw out from under this particular lie.

That’s pretty much it. David Lane’s rough with her, which is worthwhile in its own right for those of us who’ve been following her lies for some time, of course, but that’s about it.
